Platform · MCP

Your findings, in your own environment.

Connect DiligenceSquared over MCP and query your findings directly from ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot.

Compatibility
ChatGPTClaudeCopilot

Works with any AI assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol, including Claude and ChatGPT today.

Setup

Connect it to your AI.

Today you add DiligenceSquared as a custom connector. One-click setup from the Claude and ChatGPT directories is coming soon.

Claude

  1. 1

In Claude (claude.ai or the desktop app), open Settings → Connectors.

  2. 2

Click “Add custom connector” and give it a simple name like DiligenceSquared.

  3. 3

Paste this as the connector URL:

    https://platform.diligencesquared.com/mcp
  4. 4

Sign in with your DiligenceSquared account, then click Allow.

  5. 5

The first time Claude uses a tool, click Allow. Then ask, for example, “List my DiligenceSquared projects.”

On Team or Enterprise plans, a workspace Owner enables the connector for everyone first; each member still signs in with their own account.

ChatGPT

  1. 1

On chatgpt.com, open Settings → Connectors → Advanced and turn on Developer mode (sometimes labeled “Apps & Connectors”).

  2. 2

Back in Connectors, choose Create to add a custom connector, and give it a name.

  3. 3

Paste this as the server URL:

    https://platform.diligencesquared.com/mcp
  4. 4

Sign in with your DiligenceSquared account when prompted.

  5. 5

DiligenceSquared appears in the composer’s tools. Ask, for example, “List my DiligenceSquared projects.”

In the ChatGPT desktop app you can instead add it under Settings → MCP servers (Streamable HTTP), or just ask Codex to connect it for you.

On Business, Enterprise, or Edu, an admin enables Developer mode and publishes the connector; members then turn it on.

Troubleshooting

Four quick checks.

Connection expired

If a previously working connector stops authenticating, open its connector or plugin settings, reconnect DiligenceSquared, and sign in again.

Connector or tools unavailable

Confirm DiligenceSquared is connected and enabled for the current chat. Work accounts may also require an administrator to enable it.

Project or deliverable missing

The connector mirrors your DiligenceSquared access. Ask your workspace administrator to confirm project access and that the report or Expert Q&A is published.

Request fails or times out

Retry once with a narrower request. If it still fails, contact support with the client, time, and exact error message, but no sensitive research data.

Data & security

Read-only, and only ever your own data.

Read-only

It reads your reports, transcripts, and Expert Q&A. It can never change, delete, or add anything.

Scoped to you

You sign in with your own DiligenceSquared account, so you only ever see the projects that account can access.

Your data stays yours

Findings are fetched live to answer your question. They are never stored by the AI assistant or used to train any model.
